Spring 2020 Projects

We are excited to be embarking on our second term of CityStudio North Vancouver! The initiative has already grown: we have eight classes participating (twice as many as last term!) involving eight faculty members and eight municipal staff and partners. We are reaching six different departments in four of Capilano University’s faculties. Needless to say, the CityStudio framework is thriving at CapU.

Building on our learnings and momentum from last term, we are diving into some complex, timely and very important challenges and opportunities in our community. Check back later in the term for updates on each of the courses and take a look at our Projects page to learn more about last term’s collaborations.

Each project topic is framed as a question (HMW = How Might We…), but in many classes each student group will explore a specific sub-topic or sub-question.
