Project Description:
The City has engaged tourism students to embed waste reduction into the film and community events that take place in the CNV. The CNV encourages event and film planners to be more active and reflective of their waste impacts however the CNV needs a much more detailed and coherent plan that will help them create waste reduction policies and regulations, ultimately ensuring less waste at community and filming events. The students have been tasked to help them achieve this by beginning research that delivers a set of ideas that is organized, rigorous and easy to communicate to film or event planners while also being easy for them to follow.
